ET Landnet is a specialist consultancy providing technical and legal advice on public rights of way - advising and representing landowners throughout England and Wales.

ET Landnet was founded by Michael Wood in 2007. Since the very beginning, Michael has been developing an innovative approach to seek solutions to any access issues, advising on path claims, diversions and extinguishments.

Our leading cases include the contested diversion of paths at Pitshill, West Sussex and defeating the claimed right of way arising from the R v Secretary of State for Wales, ex parte Emery, [1998] 4 All ER 367. We also acted as Agent for the landowner in Herrick v Kidner and Somerset CC [2010] EWHC 269 (Admin).

We handle between 5 and 10 public inquiries a year on footpath bridleway and byway claims and diversions. We have an impressive inquiry record and Director Michael Wood has been described as “one of the best in the business”.
